Rabbits
Its simple. We raise rabbits because we live in New Mexico and rabbits and chile go together like no other!
Nothing melts in your mouth like green chile rabbit enchiladas or red chile rabbit carnitas!
Mission
Our mission with raising rabbits is to provide an affordable protein source that requires very little work on our part, while also making a minimal carbon footprint.
Vision
Our rabbits live in a large colony style set up where they can run around and be rabbits, until the day they are processed.
No small production cages for our rabbits, and all of our rabbits are free fed alfalfa pellets and hay as much as they want. We even have toys and enrichment activities for the rabbits (who knew rabbits would love cat toys with the bells in them?)
